1:1 Training
One-on-one personal training sessions tailored to your goals at either of our two gym locations, or in the comfort of your home gym.
Partner Training
Bring your partner/spouse, sibling, best friend, or parent for a semi-private 2 : 1 training session tailored to each of your needs and goals. Train together— stay together!
Small-Group Training
Our community is the beating heart of ENDO Movement. Personal training in a semi-private group setting allows all of the benefits of your tailored program, with added motivation and camaraderie of friends in this space!

Hi and Welcome! I’m Sean, founder of ENDO Movement. I’ve been a personal trainer for over a decade and lifting weights for 16 years.
But my fitness journey has been about so much more than just physical transformation—it's been a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
