Hi and Welcome! I’m Sean Glenn, founder of ENDO Movement. I’ve been a personal trainer for over a decade and lifting weights for 16 years.
But my fitness journey has been about so much more than just physical transformation—it's been a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
