A little ENDO history…
My Story
Growing up, I struggled with self-confidence and body image.
As a male-bodied person, this felt confusing. My eating patterns were deeply tied to my emotional state, and I experienced intense depression and bouts of anxiety. As a kid in the early 2000s, fast food was always an easy go-to comfort, and I became stuck in an unhealthy cycle.
At 16, I discovered weightlifting. At first, my goal was just to change my physique—but over time, I fell in love with the process itself.
Reframing Fitness: From Ego to Self-Care
No matter how fit you get, if you're obsessed with looking a certain way, you'll never feel like you're enough.
I fell in love with the meditative nature of exercise—the feeling of inner strength, the power of movement, and the moments of pure aliveness that come with training.
That’s why, at ENDO Movement, we reframe exercise as a pursuit of:
✅ Self-care – Moving your body with purpose
✅ Self-love – Nourishing yourself with intention
✅ Inner strength – Finding confidence beyond aesthetics
✅ Honoring your body – shutting out the ‘monkey mind’ and finding flow.
✅ Building strength
We approach fitness as a series of inclusive behaviors that open you up to feeling truly alive and in the present moment.
Overcoming Darkness & Finding Purpose
Then, at 26, I faced my darkest moments. Severe depressive experiences, and OCD had hijacked my day-to-day.
A friend of mine passed away… and then a few family members passed away. For the first time ever, I realized what despair felt like.
I couldn’t live that way any longer. I was willing to do anything to change the way I was feeling.
And thank God, I soon discovered meditation.
This discovery led to a series of experiences that changed my life forever, to which I am eternally grateful.
I began down a path of self-growth, healing, and stepping into a new purpose:
To support others. To relieve suffering. To help people not just get stronger, but truly heal, grow, and thrive.
